Curriculum Night will take place, Wednesday, September 9 from 6:30pm - 8:30pm.
This year’s Curriculum Night will look a little different than in years past. Please note the following details:
- Only ONE parent per student is allowed. This restriction is necessary to maintain appropriate social distancing in our classrooms and meeting spaces.
- Each parent will be required to follow the same health and safety protocols that our students follow during the day: (1) masks must be worn at all times; (2) attendees should bring hand sanitizer and (3) attendees will follow unidirectional hallway directions.
- Each parent should bring a printed copy of his/her student’s schedule with room numbers.
- Upon arrival the parent should go to his/her student’s first hour classroom. The evening will begin at 6:30pm via broadcast (into each classroom). Then each parent will follow his/her student’s schedule. Each class will last for approximately 7 minutes with 5 minutes of passing time between classes.
- During class, teachers will present an overview of the class and their expectations for your students. Teachers have been encouraged to provide links for parents to access any presentation materials to minimize the need for handouts.
In order to avoid large gatherings, we will commence and conclude the evening using our school’s broadcast system. Throughout the event, Mr. Iocco and Ms. Schmerbeck will be available near the main entrance to provide direction and answer questions.
