Make up exams only with times arranged by the teacher. (Friday Exams are for students who were ill earlier in the week and unable to make up exams on Thursday and/or if a Snow Day occurs earlier in the week then exams will be pushed back a day and exams will occur on Friday, so that all exams are completed before the break. Classes for 2nd semester begin on Monday, January 5, 2026.)
Notes:
- Students may be in neat, clean and modest casual dress for exams.
- Students do not need to be present at school if they do not have an exam scheduled.
- Students who are in the school building, but who are not taking an exam must be in the Library during all scheduled 75 minute exam periods.
- Students may NOT leave the classroom during the 75 minute scheduled exam time to go to their locker, get a drink or go to the bathroom, etc.
- Students should bring along other books/materials to study or a book to read if they finish before the exam time ends. (Using a Chromebook after an exam is completed is at the teacher's discretion)
- Students/Parents will be able to see exam grades in the Q2 Gradebook area of FACTS once they are entered by the teacher.
- Cumulative GPAs are only determined by semester grades in January & June and will be updated at that time. (First Semester report cards are expected to be posted by January 16, 2026. Families will receive an email once officially posted in FACTS.)
- Classes for 2nd semester begin on Monday, January 5, 2026.
