Since 22-23, Jr. Cougars competes in with the Capital Athletic Association Conference (CAAC) for 7th & 8th grade sports in Cross-Country, Volleyball, Basketball (Girls & Boys), and Track.

The cost to register for Sideline Cheer is $50 for all grade levels.

Ursula Klein Performing Arts
- Jr. Cougar Musical Spring 2024 | Spring Show: Annie Jr.
- Jazz Band

The Ursula Klein Jr. Cougar Jazz Band is open to students in grade 6-8 who participate in their middle school band programs. Home schooled students should have some instrumental instruction in addition to this program. Typical jazz band instrumentation includes, alto, tenor and bari saxophones, trombones, trumpets, piano, bass, drum set, and guitar. Students who play other band instruments are encouraged to join as well.
This program will run September 4, 2024 - December 5, 2024. Rehearsals will be Wednesday after school 3:30-4:45. The final concert will be at the LCHS Instrumental Christmas Concert.Cost for this session is $70. Students will receive a t-shirt, method book and music. Students are expected to come to rehearsals. A parent should email Jan.Tietsort@lansingcatholic.

Free clinics will be offered for lacrosse. These clinics are managed by the LCHS boys' and girls' lacrosse programs. The clinics are open to everyone in grades 3-8. No registration is necessary.

Track and Field is a fantastic stand-alone sport for middle schoolers in 6th, 7th or 8th grade or a supplement to keep young athletes in shape. For athletes in other sports, the practices are flexible.

In collaboration with USTA Midwest, we are offering Junior Team Tennis for ages 14 and under.
Matches begin April 19 and will run through May 17.
