LCHS’s Campus Ministry Team hosts a free retreat for all 7th graders to attend at LCHS. Students are to bring a lunch and wear their school uniform to this event. Thursday, February 4, 2021: Resurrection School, St. Thomas School, St. Martha School, St. Michael School, St. Paul School. (Tuesday, February 2, 2021: Most Holy Trinity School, IHM School, St. Gerard School, St. Mary Charlotte School & St. Mary Williamston School)
All 5th graders are welcome to attend this fun visit day! Students will tour of the school, attend activity lessons in various subject areas, and meet other 5th graders, current LCHS students, teachers, counselors, and administration. A snack is provided and students should wear their school uniforms to this event. (Local Catholic schools bring all of their 5th graders to this event, but if you have a 5th grader who does not attend one of our local Catholic schools, please contact Mrs. Karen Gavin, LCHS Admissions Coordinator, to register your student to attend this event.)
All 6th graders from the area Catholic partner schools are invited to watch an exclusive dress rehearsal of LCHS’s spring musical followed by a fun question and answer session and meet and greet with the cast and crew. Students and teachers are asked to bring a lunch to eat after the play and before leaving LCHS. Students should wear their school uniforms to this event.

Registered incoming freshmen and their parents have the opportunity to meet and talk with the coaches for each sport and learn about practices, summer conditioning, etc. as well as meet with our band/choir/drama director, service coordinator, and campus ministry/student activities director at Meet the Cougars Night. This is the event to meet our coaches in person before summer break. Friday, May 7, 2021 is our annual day of service, Work-a-thon. All parents, and Alumni are invited to join us from 7:30am until 1pm in working side by side with out staff and students. This is a great way for adults in our community to model service to our students. Contact Stacia DeVries to get involved with this awesome day!
Baccalaureate Mass & Awards will begin at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at St. Mary Cathedral. Senior need to report to the Cathedral at 6:30 p.m. for their class picture wearing dressy attire (shirt and tie for young men and dresses or dress slacks for young ladies) and their graduation gown. Caps and tassels are not required on this night. Awards will being immediately following Mass with a reception in the parish hall ending the night.
We invite you to the 32nd Annual Cougar Classic Golf Outing at Forest Akers West. Join us "fore" a casual and fun golf experience to support LCHS and its students. The fun begins with a shotgun start at 10 am. The entrance fee is $135 per golfer or a foursome at $540. Proceeds from this event benefit the Lansing Catholic Annual Fund which offsets additional operating costs such as campus ministry, counseling, academic and technology expenses.
