After two years, we are excited to welcome the Catholic community back together for the 38th Annual Fr. Mac Scholarship Dinner! This cherished event draws over 400 members of our community together to celebrate our legacy of success and the traditions we hold dear. Dinner proceeds benefit the Fr. Mac Scholarship Fund for tuition assistance for students in need desiring the gift of Catholic education at Lansing Catholic High School.

Please join us for the 38th Annual Fr. Mac Scholarship Dinner on Monday, May 2, 2022 at 6 p.m. for the cocktail reception and dinner program starting at 7 p.m. at MSU's Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center. Tickets are $125/person. Sponsorship opportunities are available, download the PDF of sponsorship benefits here

NEW THIS YEAR: Cougars for the Arts silent auction. During the cocktail reception, guests will have the opportunity to view and bid on original artwork in our Cougar Gallery, showcasing our amazingly talented student and alumni artists.

This year's dinner features Keynote Speaker Jason Hanson, Detroit Lions Legendary Placekicker. Hanson retired in 2012 from the Lions after completing one of the best careers in NFL history, spanning 21 seasons as one of the league’s most productive kickers. He is an active speaker in the Christian community and helped establish Providence Youth Outreach, which helps at-risk youth in Pontiac.

On this night we will also acknowledge our Community Service Award recipient: Mary Lou Heberlein. Mary Lou has been involved as a Lansing Catholic High School parent for 15 years graduating her last of 5 children in 2020. She has participated in two Strategic Planning Initiatives, attended Mission Trips, and served on the LCHS Board of Trustees for 13 years. It is the straightforward lesson of love, learned, and practiced through experiences of service that shapes the Heberlein family’s life of discipleship.
